Biological age
Of course, you know exactly what age your identity card shows. But your biological age reveals more about you than your 'calendar' age.
PROLONG YOUR YOUTH
It is not impossible!
Is ageing avoidable, or is it our fate? Why do some of us age more slowly than others? Is it even possible to slow ageing down? We all wish to remain young, active and full of life. Today, this need no longer be just a wish - time cannot be stopped, but ageing can. You simply have to want it…
Biological age is determined by changes taking place in our DNA, cells, tissues, organs and hormone levels. Each person's genetic predisposition plays a role, but biological age is profoundly influenced by our behaviour, lifestyle and approach to life. It is also important to note that each of our organs can have a different biological age. Add it all together, and the difference between biological age and official age can be as much as twenty years or more!

- changes in body composition
- reduced joint flexibility
- skin changes (wrinkles, sagging, etc.)
- reduced brain function (for example, changes in memory, responses and concentration)
