How is the treatment performed?

It uses non-invasive HIFEM technology to induce supramaximal muscle contractions. These contractions are much more intense than those achievable through ordinary exercise and lead to profound remodelling of muscle tissue.

During the procedure, RF also causes a slight increase in muscle temperature, improving muscle performance and supporting growth. The entire process is painless and requires no anaesthesia.

The treatment takes approximately 30 minutes and must be repeated at least 4 times, with 2-3 days between sessions. During the first three to four minutes, you will feel mild warmth.
